Crace – Suburb Profile

The market in Crace continues to increase in popularity, partially due to a lack of comparative properties in the area. Crace not only has ready access to the Barton Highway (making commuting to Canberra CBD quick and direct) it also has become an almost self-sufficient suburb. The Superbarn supermarket, Australia Post services and an ATM are located in central Crace and pretty much cover all of the necessities required of a suburban hub.

2018 will see Crace thrive with a bulk billing GP clinic on the horizon and a much sought after pharmacy, which will compliment the already popular medical precinct, which comprises of both traditional and holistic approaches.

The Crace area also houses the award winning The District and the all new Bean and Grain Crace, selling artisan breads, coffee and meals. As well as a well stocked supermarket and a number of takeaway options.

Over the last three years Crace property values have continued to soar with 2014 averaging $622,500 (excluding unit sales) and 2017 averaging $810,000.
